Phase 3 Construction Update

July 12th, 2010 until further notice (including Sat./Sun.)

Construction activities are taking place daily (including Sat & Sun) from 7:00am to 7:00pm from Golden (just east of Highway 95) to the west gate of Yoho National Park.  Motorists may experience:

• Random minor delays of up to 5 minutes along the entire corridor for survey operations, and for equipment entry and egress during construction operations

Golden Hill Detour in Place

Traffic has been diverted off the 1.9-kilometre Golden Hill section of the Trans-Canada Highway onto Golden View Road. Business accesses on both sides of the highway are being maintained and signed throughout the duration of the detour. The detour is expected to be in place until June 2011.

to obey posted signs, traffic control devices and personnel at all times.
